Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar struck back in a statement tonight, saying that he will issue another order in the next few days that -- quote -- 'eliminates any doubt that a moratorium is needed, appropriate and within our authorities.'
Salazar asserts the necessity and appropriateness of the moratorium in response to the judge's ruling.
