We can do as much as we can to minimize the risk, and we certainly have done that, I believe, in the Gulf of Mexico.

We need someone in the White House to oversee the border, migration, Mexico, and the Americas. No one is in charge now. We need a border and migration czar.

They have to be dismantled. We have to do this work together with the Mexican government.

The President was very clear in asking for the authority to be able to reorganize the Government.
