At the end of the day, this is about landscape-level planning.

I think what Maine has done at its center with Senator Collins's leadership has been extraordinary.

It's job creation and energy, both in the conventional energy, as well as renewable energy.

My hope is that we're going to be able to do that with respect to the sage grouse.
