We have a tremendous opportunity to invest in America's energy independence and economic growth.

That's why the research and development efforts that are under way, which we are fully supportive of, are important.

We can do as much as we can to minimize the risk, and we certainly have done that, I believe, in the Gulf of Mexico.

I will do everything to get the study sprung.
