At the end of the day, this is about landscape-level planning.

Not cuts that I would like to see, frankly, but given the tough budget times, these are things that we've had to do.

I see it as a squeeze budget, with some tough choices and some very painful cuts.

We can do as much as we can to minimize the risk, and we certainly have done that, I believe, in the Gulf of Mexico.
