I believe we need to do everything to encourage that kind of 'working lands conservation' approach to conservation.

We have seen that national security and environmental conservation are mutually supporting goals.

We can do as much as we can to minimize the risk, and we certainly have done that, I believe, in the Gulf of Mexico.
