The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to designate or expand a heritage asset under division A of subtitle III of title 54, United States Code (commonly referred to as the ``National Historic Preservation Act''), in any of Baca, Bent, Crowley, Huerfano, Kiowa, Las Animas, Otero, Prowers, and Pueblo counties, Colorado. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 783, the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Buck) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Colorado.
