No, the reality is the facts didn't change in my opinion of him. I prosecuted for 25 years, I know what a high crime and misdemeanor are, and I know that this doesn't qualify. This is a policy difference.

It is. There's a lot of issues that president Trump is involved in that I would argue aren't part of the mandate that he was given. Immigration is absolutely clearly part of the mandate that he was given. He has to do it in a legal way…
