The fact that this amendment requires the military to choose the most cost-effective energy source allows the military to spend its money on those priorities, rather than on energy. Absolutely. I think the order is unconstitutional. The only way to change the Constitution is with a constitutional amendment.
I would think that the RNC could find someone who isn't a criminal defendant who could make sure that there is election integrity in the next election.
If the Republicans are in the majority of both and President Trump wins re-election, then certainly something's possible.
