I do want to--you each to talk about collaboration, and that takes more time, more money, more people, and yet it is crucial, and yet, we are going to likely enter a phase where we are not going to have more money.

I think there is a--as we have heard today at every corner, there should be a sense of urgency.

The nation needs everyone to be committed to this effort because we are in this incredible competition.
