S. 3504 and H.R. 3040 have my full support and endorsement, and I request that Congress assist in funding the Federal mandate upon the State of Colorado for reimbursement of the out-of-state students in Fort Lewis College Native American tuition Waiver program so that the program may be maintained for the continued betterment of all American Indian and Alaska Native people.
