First, of the nine counties that are impacted, as I mentioned, eight of them have expressed support for the provisions of the bill that impact them. While I don't have the letter from Montrose County that apparently came in today--and I am happy to visit with the gentleman further about that letter--my understanding is that they expressed support still for the Curecanti title of the bill in their district. I also would just say this: If the gentleman is willing to make a commitment that he will vote for this bill if the Montrose Board of County Commissioners supports the bill--is that the gentleman's intent?”
