I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 37, after line 19, insert the following: (g) Sense of Congress.--It is the sense of Congress that military aviation training on Federal public lands in Colorado, including the training conducted at the High- Altitude Army National Guard Aviation Training Site, is critical to the national security of the United States and the readiness of the Armed Forces. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 656, the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Crow) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Colorado.
