The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division A (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Bureau of the Census to use information or records received through data sharing agreements in contravention of existing law, including sections 9 and 214 of title 13, United States Code.
