I would support a subpoena for anyone`s testimony that`s relevant to the investigation. We shouldn`t determine whether or not somebody is going to be subpoenaed by what their title or their positioning is. Again, this goes to the issue of justice being blind. If someone refuses to come forth, and voluntarily participate in a lawful process that`s designed to uphold their democracy, then we will subpoena them. And if they fail to comply with the subpoena, then we will refer them for criminal contempt charges to the DOJ.
