I have an amendment at the desk as the designee of Ms. Meng. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 14, beginning line 16, redesignate subsection (c) as subsection (d). Page 14, after line 15, insert the following: (c) Report.--The Secretary of Education shall report to Congress, every 10 years, on the needs of limited English proficient students using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 677, the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Polis) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Colorado.
