I have an amendment at the desk. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 2, after line 2, insert the following: SEC. 3. GAO REPORT ON IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP. Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to Congress a report on the impact on employee ownership of the revisions required by section 2, including the impact on-- (1) the number of employees participating in compensatory benefit plans; and (2) diversification of the securities held by employee pension benefit plans subject to title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (29 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.).
