“When I was back in my district earlier this year, again, I didn't have a single constituent raise issues over regulatory reform. I did have people ask if we can have a full accounting of foreign interference with our more recent election, and, if we defeat the previous question, that will give us an opportunity to do that. I urge my colleagues to vote ``no'' and defeat the previous question. I will also urge them to vote ``no'' on the rule, and ``no'' on the underlying bills.
