I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 4, strike ``and'' after the semicolon at line 4, strike the period at line 6 and insert ``; and'', and after line 6 insert the following new subparagraph: ``(C) all requirements of all applicable statutes and regulations, including the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, the Endangered Species Act of 1973, the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, and any law protecting fishing and recreation jobs. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 245, the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Polis) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Colorado.
