I would like to inquire of the gentleman from Utah how many more of my colleagues need to urgently request that this bill come forward before he would kindly consider our unanimous consent request to allow this bill to be debated on, even recognizing you may be opposed to it and others may support it, at least allowing us to have this debate? How many more Members need to come forward and request that for him, as a courtesy, to consider that? I am happy to yield for an answer.
