This amendment is important. First, I like the way my colleague Mr. Chaffetz put it: the right to face your accuser in court is an important part of our justice system. There is a long way to go with regard to demand letter transparency, but this amendment is the first step. I encourage my colleagues to support it, and I yield back the balance of my time. The CHAIR.
