I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 17, begining on line 14, strike subparagraph (A), and insert the following: ``(A) In the case of a State entity located in a State that allows an entity other than a local educational agency to be an authorized public chartering agency, the State has a quality authorized public chartering agency that is an entity other than a local educational agency.''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 392, the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Polis) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Colorado.
