Page 4, line 22, strike the period and insert ``; and''. Page 4, after line 22, insert the following ``(K) A description of the population of students served by the eligible entity that are veterans or members of the Armed Forces and how such eligible entity will, when appropriate, incorporate the specific needs of such population when carrying out the demonstration project.
