The issue is really whether her free speech - her incorrect and, you know, free speech around election conspiracy theories - was held against her in sentencing.
It makes logical sense to specifically address unethical price gouging that targets a consumer with an unfair, significantly higher price.
This opens the door to some perfectly acceptable consumer discount, if not appropriately captured by the definitions in this bill, being subject to scrutiny and enforcement under the Consumer Protection Act.
She committed a crime. It did not interfere with any election, did not have to do with ballot counting, but it was illegal access to the computer room.
