We know that in a Federal budget process, we have a political debate, and making the Federal budget biennial won't stop those debates.

I, however, don't believe it is a fix-all or somehow remedies all the problems we have with our budgetary process.

Ultimately, it doesn't solve the primary issues with the dysfunction around our budgetary process.

If both parties want to work together to ensure a smooth budget process, they can do so now.
