Madam Speaker, once again, I want to thank Representative Speier of California for introducing this concurrent resolution, and I, once again, express my strong support for designating the week beginning on the second Sunday of September as Arts in Education Week. I urge my colleagues to join me in supporting this resolution of arts in education. I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Polis) that the House suspend the rules and agree to the concurrent resolution, H. Con. Res. 275, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the concurrent resolution, as amended, was agreed to. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
