I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. (a) Each amount made available by this Act (other than an amount required to be made available by a provision of law) is hereby reduced by 2 percent. (b) The reduction in subsection (a) shall not apply to amounts made available for-- (1) ``Analysis and Operations''; (2) ``United States Secret Service--Salaries and Expenses''; (3) accounts in title III; and (4) accounts of the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to the order of the House of today, the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Polis) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Colorado.
