My colleague ended his remarks by saying don't raise taxes on people making under $250,000. This bill increases taxes on people making $40,000, $70,000, even as much as $90,000. That's what it is--it's a huge middle class tax increase. With that, I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from New York (Mr. Crowley).
