Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to vote ``no'' to defeat the previous question so that we can keep our country safer. Vote ``no'' on the rule. Vote ``no'' on the underlying bills because they interfere with our efforts to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons in the rigid implementation of the JCPOA.
