Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Massachusetts (Mr. McGovern) for a unanimous consent request. Mr. McGOVERN. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent to bring up H.R. 1217, the bipartisan expanded background checks legislation, to honor the memory of Devin Hamb, a victim of gun violence who never received a moment of silence on the House floor. The SPEAKER pro tempore. As previously announced, the unanimous consent request cannot be entertained.
