I say to my colleague from Texas, we have so many speakers on our side of the aisle--in fact, both sides of the aisle--folks like Mr. Fincher and others who want to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank. If he has additional time, I know that our Members would also appreciate the opportunity to talk about it, as our time is running short.
