I certainly enjoy talking about charter startup funds and chart school programs on the floor of the House at every opportunity to educate my colleagues on both sides of the aisle with what Ranking Member Miller and Chairman Kline already know about the important contributions that public charter schools have made to serve at-risk kids across the country.
