I just wondered if you could talk a little bit about the efforts that you're making to create a more global, interoperable network of real-time detection of diseases and collaboration among these various countries in our response?

You had mentioned in the discussion with Senator Isakson the problematic results that we face because we are enslaved to this fee-for-service system.

I also think there is a way to think about how we develop quality measures that reflect coordination of care.

I am delighted that this important topic is before us today.

I would applaud Senator Warren for her efforts on student debt.
