We have to figure out a way when margins are as thin as they are, to give people a chance to make mistakes along the way, too, and to learn from those mistakes.
I think we need to be willing to support experiments that are going to fail.
We can actually absolutely do a better job of incentivizing positive outcomes through the Conservation Reserve Program.
