I listened to my friend from Minnesota, and I appreciate her remarks. The amendment that has been discussed that the Republicans are proposing simply does not go far enough. This bill really should be embraced unanimously in this House…

I don't see this as really a zero-sum game within NASA where we need to have our security parts of the budget to participate in this.
