I want to be an advocate for you as we go through this infrastructure package.
It is hard to connect the dots in the system that we have.
The pandemic has produced a great deal of fear and uncertainty in our country.
I think we end up tripping over ourselves. We really ought to go back and kind of do a look at some of the ethics rules....
