The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be used to admit any individual who is a citizen of any country on the current list of sensitive countries to any facility of a national security laboratory, as such term is defined in section 4002 of the Atomic Energy Defense Act, other than areas accessible to the general public.
