This is Federal Decision-Making at its Worst.
This Administration cut a sue-and-settle, back-room deal with fringe environmental groups.
We are going to keep asking questions, and we are going to keep getting answers whether President Biden likes it or not.
I commend Representative Maloy for her leadership on this effort.
