I thank my colleague for pointing that out. I appreciate her coming to the floor. I know we are joined in this effort by Representative Steve Daines of Montana and by Representative Kevin Cramer of North Dakota, and they wholeheartedly support this amendment as well. A strong nuclear deterrent is what we need in the face of uncertainty, not any kind of unilateral disarmament. Mr. Chairman, at this point, I reserve the balance of my time.
