Congress needs to pass legislation for more severe punishments on drugs, such as fentanyl and methamphetamine.

I support Representative Thompson and Deluzio's bipartisan Orphan Well Grant Flexibility Act, but if DOI followed the law, it would not be necessary.

I am concerned about transparency. And will you commit to making sure there is even more transparency in this process going forward?
