I just want to point out that what you are talking about would be in the future. I am talking about the current status of them not following the law by doing the reviews. Ms. McCOLLUM. Reclaiming my time, they do not have the funding. {time} 2345 Congress has not given them the funding in the listing program to do their job. Congress needs to be held accountable for the 300 listings not being able to be done every year because Congress has failed to give them the money to do the laws that Congress passed.
