I thank the gentleman for his words. Mr. Speaker, I yield to Representative Glenn Grothman from the State of Wisconsin.
I support Representative Thompson and Deluzio's bipartisan Orphan Well Grant Flexibility Act, but if DOI followed the law, it would not be necessary.
We need to make it easier to build things and get stuff done, not more difficult.
H.R. 3173, which is being led by Congressman Amodei, reflects a sincere effort to balance competing needs and desires for economic development, public purposes, and conservation goals.
