Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement or enforce the threatened species or endangered species listing of any plant or wildlife that has not undergone a review as required by section 4(c)(2) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1533(c)(2) et seq.). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 820, the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Lamborn) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Colorado.
