The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the final rule entitled ``Hydraulic Fracturing on Federal and Indian Lands'' as published in the Federal Register on March 26, 2015 and March 30, 2015 (80 Fed.
