I would like to say, I have been listening very closely and I still haven't heard a clear answer as to how $4 billion of additional taxes on energy companies will translate into lower costs at the pump. Now, I don't think it can be done, but I haven't even heard a cogent argument to establish that. So I am still listening, and maybe I will hear that later.
