This is shameful! People have suffered enough from these violent ICE agents. This rogue agency must be abolished, not given more ways to hurt our neighbors and terrorize our communities.

I feel like my message is getting out to the voters: fighting against Donald Trump, fighting for Medicare For All, and against ICE, and that’s what they care about.

If I could pass Medicare-for-All unilaterally in the minority, I would do it, because I’m an original co-sponsor of that bill. But the frustration people are feeling is with the whole system.

All of these radicals who are coming to the House, thinking they’re going to be able to pass a very broad bill like Medicare-for-All right away, they’re going to run into a brick wall immediately.
