Diana DeGette: “I am very disappointed that the Colorado Division of Insurance was compelled to shut down the CO-OP.”

I feel like my message is getting out to the voters: fighting against Donald Trump, fighting for Medicare For All, and against ICE, and that’s what they care about.

If I could pass Medicare-for-All unilaterally in the minority, I would do it, because I’m an original co-sponsor of that bill. But the frustration people are feeling is with the whole system.

I want to congratulate Melat Kiros for her victory last night, and I want to wish her all the best in her future.

If you’re going to be doing quality health care legislation, you should be able to do it in a bipartisan way.
