On another point, concerns have been expressed about section 332 of the conference report which deals with the process of revising national forest plans. This also originated in the other body, and I understand that as it was approved there, it would have directly affected several forests in Colorado as well as many forests in other States. While the conference report does include a similar provision, the original language has been revised, and I would like to make sure I understand the effect of this part of the report. I understand the Forest Service has already given notice of its intention to revise the plans for some forests. Am I right in understanding that in those cases, the revisions can proceed?
