I am not questioning the gentleman's sincerity about taking national security issues seriously. Far be it from that. Contrary to what the gentleman is suggesting, I think we should adhere to and aspire to a particularly high standard of precision in the work of this body and not just say hey, ``Joe six-pack knows what we are talking about, don't not sweat the small stuff.'' I think we are here to pick some nits and make sure we are doing careful work.
