I want to thank the broadcasters for working hard to find a solution to some of the problems we've had in southwestern Colorado.

The time has come for Congress to move forward with this legislation to get this done for Colorado and any other State or Tribe that wishes ...

I commend Senators Hoeven and Manchin for trying to solve this issue.
